A TRUE RELIC FROM THE "OLD SOUTH"

The "O" mint Morgans were minted at the historic New Orleans Mint. During the Civil War, this mint was actually taken over by the Confederate States of America, during which time much of the machinery was dismantled.  No one knows exactly how many "O" Mint Morgan Silver dollars are still around.
