Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply put, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy.

Every coin we sell is guaranteed to be authentic and accurately graded. Most orders are also protected by our 10-day, no-questions-asked return policy (excluding special order coins).

If you decide to return a coin, just give us a call within 10 days of receiving your order and we’ll provide a return authorization number. Please be sure this number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package so we can process your return promptly.

For added peace of mind, your credit card will not be charged until the day your order ships.

Please note that all special order coins are final sale. You will be informed of this before completing your purchase of any special order item.
